Rebiana: From Field to Table


 

Rebiana, a great-tasting, natural sweetener developed by The Coca-Cola Company and Cargill, gives consumers natural sweetness without calories and companies a new way to reduce calories in their products.

  
Once stevia leaves reach peak sweetness, they are harvested and dried.
   
In a process similar to making tea, dried leaves are steeped in water.  This unlocks the best-tasting components of the leaves, which are then isolated and purified.
   
Finished product is the pure sweetness of rebiana which can be used in beverages and foods.
